This project consisted of a tenant improvement to an already existing office on the third floor at 21 East Victoria Street. The renovation included the creation of new offices, restrooms, a conference room, rec room and two new data rooms. Electrical work included providing power for the new data rooms and outlets throughout the new spaces.
